Family room (sleeps 4)
Our main guest room is a spacious and comfortable room which has huge amounts of storage space along with a luxury sofa (which folds out to become a large double bed) and television and tea/coffee making facilities.

Double room (sleeps 2)
Our other room isn't quite as large as the family room, but is still just as comfortable for our guests and includes television, ample storage space and coffee and tea making facilities.

Lounge
Our lounge is a luxury spacious room with large double doors that open out onto the patio area (where smokers can have a cigarette!) and we have hardwood floors, large leather sofa and satellite television for a comfortable place where our guests can relax and unwind.

Dining room
The dining room is a comfortable relaxed space that allows 6 people to be seated around the table for breakfast. The perfect start to a day's sightseeing in Ayrshire is a classic Scottish cooked breakfast with hot tea and coffee - served every morning with a smile.

Bathroom
While we only have one bathroom shared between the two rooms, it is large, comfortable and very clean. The shower is a power shower with a wonderful strong flow and there is a bathtub for those who prefer to soak after a long day's rambling in the Scottish countryside.

Exterior
Laight Mill was opened in 2004 after an extensive conversion of the original barn. As much of the original character of the building has been retained and being on a farm makes for a unique bed & breakfast experience for guests.
